Beef Cuts Where to Buy Less than 8% qualifies for the brand
Mojo Skewers

Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® top sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices. (Learn more about this cut)
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cup minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped oregano
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:
1. Combine juices, olive oil, herbs, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in blender; purée until smooth. Place the beef and two-thirds of mojo in a zipper-locking plastic bag. Marinate at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
2. Thread marinated beef onto skewers; discard used marinade. Grill skewers over medium-high heat about 3 minutes or until just browned. Serve immediately with reserved mojo on the side.

These kabobs would go well with rice (brown, white or wild), also pilaf or couscous.

Comment:
Sounds great but need some serving suggestions to inhance dish. Maybe served on seasoned brown rice with mango salsa or serve on a half orange as bottle rockets with a warm horseradish relish.
