Ingredients:

Certified Angus Beef
®
top sirloin steaks or tri-tip steaks

1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon finely diced jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Tri-tip Steak
Instructions:
1. Combine chili powder, oregano, cumin and garlic powder and rub into steak. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 6 hours.
2. Mix butter with cilantro, jalapeno and red pepper. Place butter on a sheet of parchment and form a log. Refrigerate.
3. Grill steaks over medium high heat to desired doneness. Top steaks with flavored butter.
