Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cumin
3 tablespoons coriander
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons grape seed oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients and rub onto selected Certified Angus Beef ® cuts. Place in a zipper-locking plastic bag and refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill steak to desired doneness.
3. Remove steak from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
