1 red, yellow or orange bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
1 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
Juice from half a lime
Juice from half a lemon
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
